I called on a Saturday morning - didn't have to wait on hold, talked to a human, they confirmed inventory for my tire replacement (x4), and scheduled me for an oil change. I showed up immediately, and wait was approximately 2 hours which seemed very reasonable for a same-day, Saturday morning. Was also surprised to see a (small) credit for price matching on my tires which I didn't ask for/request. The waiting room isn't great - the TV was on infomercials and the general area was dirty - one woman commented if the janitor had called in sick. Clean up the place, and it will be a 10.

I explained that a part had fallen from my sun roof, and that it was the same part that I had just replaced. I was told that it wasn't the same part and that I would have to pay for it. I again explained to my service person that it was the same part. She did her research and found that it was the same part. The service spoke with her Manager and he said all he can do is wave the labor fee but I would have to pay for then part. The part I had was new, and it looks like they just put it back on. Why did I have to pay for another part that wasn't damage, but just needed to be put back in place.? Why would you charge me when it was not put on properly the first time?

Mr. Dee Brooks was excellent to work with during this experience. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions during the process. He was not a pushy salesmen trying to rush us through the process. We were pleased with the process and the vehicle and would recommend Dee Brooks to any of my friends or colleagues looking to purchase a vehicle.
